  1. The basis for the stability of our company is the trust of our stakeholders that we act sustainably and with integrity. Compliance with relevant laws, internal regulations and agreed voluntary commitments that are based on a good set of values is therefore a matter of course. This set of values is the basis of our code of conduct.
  2. The management has a role model function. It therefore bears a special responsibility and must ensure, through its own actions and appropriate measures, that all employees observe the provisions of the Code of Conduct.
  3. Every employee must comply with the rules of the Code of Conduct. They are obliged to inform themselves about the content of the Code of Conduct and to take part in the training measures offered.
  4. The code of conduct sets a minimum standard that takes precedence over more lenient existing laws. Mandatory laws take precedence in the event of a conflict.
